Please note, these badges are made-to-order (making them custom/bespoke). For this reason we do not accept returns - unless items arrives damaged.

However, if for some reason you are not happy with your item, please contact us will endeavour to resolve any issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packaging

Your order will arrive attached to a card, as shown in the pictures.

It will be wrapped in black and white paper bag, then package inside cardboard envelope.
