At The Joyful Rebel, we strive to ensure that your custom products are made and delivered as quickly as possible. However, it’s important to note that the lead time refers specifically to the time required to make your product.

Delivery time is in addition to the lead time. Since most of our items are made or finished to order, this process ensures that each product is carefully crafted and personalized just for you.

While we aim to exceed expectations and get your order dispatched faster, we appreciate your understanding regarding lead times.

Delivery Information

As part of our standard service, all prices include 2nd Class delivery via Royal Mail. This delivery method typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch, but it is subject to Royal Mail's lead times, which may vary depending on external factors. Please keep in mind that this delivery option is not tracked, so we recommend upgrading to a tracked or faster delivery service if you require more secure or prompt delivery.

We also offer delivery upgrades at checkout for those needing faster or more reliable options. If you're in a hurry and need your Personalised Birthday Tshirt, Birthday Shirt, or any other product by a certain date, please let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate special requests and ensure your item arrives on time for your event or occasion.
