Do your t-shirts run true to size?

Our t-shirts, including Birthday Boy Tshirts, Birthday Girl Tshirt and Children’s Birthday Tshirts, tend to run a bit large, particularly in length. We recommend checking our size guide and measuring one of your existing t-shirts to ensure the perfect fit.

How do I personalise my order?

When ordering a Personalised Birthday Tshirt or any custom product, simply follow the instructions on the product page to add your preferred name, message, or design. If you have specific requests, feel free to message us!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please double-check your measurements before purchasing.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handmade in our small workshop in Keynsham, Somerset, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every item.

What is the lead time for your products?

The lead time refers to the time required to make your product. Since most of our items are made or finished to order, this process ensures each product is crafted and personalised to your specifications. Is delivery time included in the lead time?

No, delivery time is in addition to the lead time. After your product is made, it will be dispatched according to the delivery method you select. Please consider both lead time and delivery time when planning your purchase.

What delivery options do you offer?

As standard, our prices include 2nd Class delivery via Royal Mail, which typically takes 2-3 working days. This service is not tracked. For faster or more secure delivery options, we offer upgrades that you can select at checkout.

Can I get my order faster than the standard lead time?

If you need your item by a specific date or sooner than the stated lead time, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your product arrives on time.

How can I track my delivery?

Standard 2nd Class delivery via Royal Mail is not tracked. If you require a tracked delivery service, please choose an upgrade option at checkout or contact us to discuss alternative shipping methods.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

FAQ - Returns Policy

Can I return a Personalised Birthday T-Shirt or Age T-Shirt?

No, personalised products such as Birthday T-Shirts, Age T-Shirts, and Birthday Tee Shirts are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their bespoke nature. This ensures that each item meets your specific requirements and cannot be resold.

However, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues.

What if I need to return a non-personalised item?

If you’ve ordered a non-personalised item, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within this 14-day period before sending the item back. The item must be in brand new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Who covers the return postage costs?

The return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using recorded delivery for items valued over £15 to ensure you have proof of postage. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only once the returned item has been received and assessed by The Joyful Rebel. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable, and you will need to pay for the postage of any exchanged items.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your Birthday T-Shirt or any other product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide your order reference number, name, and a photo of the issue. This will help us quickly resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct item or an appropriate solution.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it, provided we haven’t started working on it yet. If production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

How are exchanges handled?

Exchanges are only available for non-personalised items. For personalised items, returns and exchanges are not permitted. For non-personalised items, please follow the return policy above.
