Return Policy for Personalised and Non-Personalised Products

 

Personalised Products

Personalised products include any items made to specific requirements, such as colour, design, and custom text. This category covers all of our t-shirts, including Birthday T-Shirts, Age T-Shirts, and Birthday Tee Shirts, where customers select their preferred size and colour. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, which are made to order, all personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures that each customised item meets your unique specifications and cannot be resold.


Returns for Non-Personalised Products


If you have ordered a non-personalised item, such as a standard product not customized for you, you have the right to return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period before sending the item back. The product must be in brand new, unused condition to qualify for a return.

Please note that the return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend using recorded delivery for items valued over £15 to ensure proof of postage. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed by The Joyful Rebel. Please be aware that postage costs are non-refundable, and any exchange will require you to pay for the new postage.



Faults

In the event that your order arrives incorrectly or is damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide your order reference number, your name, and a photo of the issue. This information will assist us in quickly resolving the problem and ensuring you receive the correct item or an appropriate resolution.


Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please message us within 2 hours of placing it. If we have not yet started working on your order, we will process a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.


Exchanges

For non-personalised products, exchanges are handled according to the return policy outlined above. Personalized items, as noted, cannot be exchanged.
